Woolgoolga & District Retirement Village (WDRV) is seeking compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Workers to join our team at our 66-bed Aged Care Centre. This is an employment opportunity for individuals who are passionate about providing quality care and making a positive difference in the lives of aged care residents.

- Supporting residents to maintain their quality of life and independence
- Following individual care plans and providing personalised care

- Attending regular training sessions to keep your skills up to date
- Reporting hazards or incidents promptly and responsibly
Essential Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- A Certificate III in Aged Care or Certificate III in Individual Support (or currently enrolled)
- A current First Aid certificate
- A current Federal Police Clearance or the willingness to obtain
- Evidence of a minimum 2 x COVID-19 Vaccinations
Additional Requirements:
- A strong work ethic, compassion, and commitment to providing high-quality care
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including night shifts, and be flexible with your availability.
